Processing time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Standard tracked delivery typically takes 4–10 business days within the United States after processing. Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
